Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) is a variety of learning opportunities that can extend beyond the application theory to practice, include complex situational, personal, material, and organisational factors. Central forming successful WIL experiences partnership, support, collaboration extended by all key stakeholders. The Covid-19 pandemic disrupted experiences, with many developed partnerships sustained practices being abruptly impacted. In 2020, multidisciplinary group Australasian academics, administrators students joined in weekly virtual coffee chats share concerns during this rapidly changing educational landscape. These conversations led establishing Small Significant Online Network Group (SSONG) became basis for article. We explored lessons learned from practitioners be better informed practice and, generally, examine role collaborations higher education. Using collaborative autoethnographic approach, study incorporated written reflections on COVID-19 lockdowns, followed Zoom gain deeper insights. All data was aggregated analysed thematically, both inductively deductively, interpret individuals their socio-cultural contexts. This article intends demonstrate how creative solutions, such as adopting HUMANE framework, become valuable paradigms. enhance nurture relationships between stakeholders, enrich sustain all.
